Description |
Refractometer; black enamel-coated bronze base; base has a small opening to attach mirror (mirror missing); telescope structure is supported by a black enamel-coated bronze arm; prism box is also black coated; telescope is silver metallic; prism area can be opened by turning a dial on its front and swings open to allow placement of sample; dial at the base of the telescope arm reads 0 - 10; black rubber tube connects one side of the prism chamber to the other; a black tube extends from stationary side of prism chamber, just below the telescope arm, end unscrews to reveal a silver extension; when prism chamber is open a scale from 0 to 100 is visible through the telescope. |
