Description |
Board-game like rectangular cardboard box; box top comes off and reveals a tan cardboard frame in the box bottom to support various set components; to the top right of the frame is a row of six wooden chemical containers containing the following: ferric ammonium sulphate, sodium carbonate, sulphur, tartaric acid, nickel ammonium sulphate, and ammonium chloride; the bottom right corner of the box has holders and slit pockets for two glass stir rods and two packets of litmus and sulphide test paper; in the center of the box is an indentation for a wooden test-tube holder (missing); two corked test tubes contain calcium oxide and sodium bisulphate; one empty test-tube is slightly broken at rim; other tools include a metal spoon, a metal scoop, metal tongs, and three pieces of circular filter paper; set also comes with an instruction manual. |
