Description |
Serial Number [Bodensee Database]: 359 Notes from Bodensee Database: Built before 1955 (older than Perkin-Elmer Switzerland). The device was in use at the Soda Factory until it was brought to the museum. It was replaced by a Perkin-Elmer AAS 380. Square, metal case finished in light brown and beige; on the top surface is an opening with a glass tube surrounded by a metal support; the front surface contains red manufacturer's labels, two protruding glass pieces, three meters, four black dials, and a sliding element selector; on the right side is a cabinet that opens with a stainless steel button; a black power cord and black rubber tubing extend from the rear. |
